Welcome to St. Louis and the 2026 Paytient Summit! We’re excited to bring our team together for a few meaningful days of connection, celebration, and collaboration as we reflect on how far we’ve come. Together, we’ll focus on the future, build momentum around what’s ahead, and create the energy and alignment to move Paytient forward. Start the day with an optional movement session designed for all fitness levels.
If you’d like to walk or run outdoors, meet in the hotel lobby around 6:30 a.m. and join colleagues heading toward Forest Park. From the hotel, head west along Lindell Boulevard toward the park. There’s no set pace, distance, or route—a short walk, an easy jog, and everything in between all count. This route keeps you away from the current construction, while still leaving space for you to move at whatever pace feels right.
Prefer an indoor workout? Santé Fitness is located one level below the hotel lobby and is open 24/7. The impressive 18,000-square-foot fitness center features cardio equipment with private screens and a wide range of free weights. Come move, reset, and connect before the day begins—at your own pace.
Start the day with a fresh, satisfying breakfast and time to ease into the summit. Enjoy a selection of nourishing favorites, fresh fruit, pastries, coffee, and other morning essentials before the day’s sessions begin.
Breakfast is optional. If you’re not a breakfast person but need a little fuel—or simply want something more special than hotel coffee—Travelin’ Tom’s coffee truck will be available as a separate, overlapping event in front of the marquee on Lindell Boulevard. Feel free to grab breakfast, stop by the truck, do both, or join us simply to socialize and connect with colleagues.

Part museum, part immersive art installation, and part all-ages architectural playground, City Museum invites you to climb, crawl, slide, and explore through tunnels, caves, creative installations, and repurposed pieces of the city.
It’s a uniquely St. Louis experience built for curiosity and a little controlled chaos—whether you want to explore every hidden corner or simply take in the creativity around you.

Spend the afternoon at one of St. Louis’s most beloved local institutions: the Saint Louis Zoo. A quintessential Missouri experience, the Zoo offers the chance to get up close to animals from around the world while enjoying one of the city’s signature attractions. Wander at your own pace, discover the exhibits, and take in a fun piece of what makes St. Louis special.
A shuttle will provide transportation to and from the hotel. The summit team will purchase a one-day Adventure Pass for everyone who chooses this activity, so please do not purchase one separately. The pass provides unlimited access to the Zoo’s operating attractions during your visit, which may include the Zooline Railroad, Sea Lion Show, Conservation Carousel, 4D Theater, Stingrays at Caribbean Cove, and Wild Explorer VR. Some attractions are seasonal or weather-dependent.

Visit Anheuser-Busch’s historic St. Louis brewery for a behind-the-scenes look at one of the city’s most iconic institutions. Explore the brewery campus, see the famous Budweiser Clydesdales, learn more about the brewing process, and enjoy a beer tasting straight from the finishing cellars.

Settle in for a private screening of Heart of the Beast (click for trailer), exclusively for the Paytient team. This action-adventure survival thriller follows Special Forces officer James Belmont, played by Brad Pitt, and his combat dog, Odin, after a plane crash leaves them stranded in the Alaskan wilderness. Together, they must face the elements and rely on their bond to survive and find their way back to civilization.
Directed by David Ayer and also starring J.K. Simmons and Anna Lambe, the film offers an intense, cinematic adventure with plenty of heart. Check out the trailer before the showing for a preview of what’s in store.
A fun Missouri connection: Brad Pitt was raised in Springfield, Missouri, and attended the University of Missouri, in Columbia, Missouri, before heading to Hollywood—making this private showing an especially fitting choice for the summit.
The cinema is located on the main level of the hotel, across from the R-Club.
