A 14-passenger shuttle will run between the airport and the hotel every hour on the hour from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The shuttle will pick up passengers at both airport terminals; exact pickup times and location details will be shared closer to the summit.
Arriving outside the shuttle service window? Please take an Uber to the hotel.
Touchdown in STL with time to spare? Head over to Edera for a relaxed lunch on the patio, weather permitting. It’s a low-key opportunity to connect with fellow early arrivals, enjoy a great meal, and ease into summit week together before official check-in opens.
Edera’s seasonally crafted lunch menu includes fresh salads, signature sandwiches, Neapolitan-style pizzas, pastas, and entrées. Current options include kale, smoked Caesar, and chopped salads; Chicken Parm, Italian Hero, Grilled Portobello, Mortadella, and Turkey sandwiches; Margherita, Salsiccia, Tomato & Pancetta, and Pepperoni pizzas; plus rotating pasta and entrée selections.
Good to know: Edera’s main restaurant is closed during lunch. To reach the patio and order at the lunch window, enter around the side of the building through the alley. The menu is seasonal and subject to change.
Once your flight lands and you’ve checked into your hotel room, make the R-Club your first stop. Swing by to complete registration, grab your official summit swag, and set up camp. Whether you need to knock out lingering emails, plug in for a quick call, or just grab a coffee and see who else has arrived, this is your home base until the opening social kicks off tonight.
The R Club is located up the stairs from the main lobby of the hotel across from the Movie Theater.

The COMO shuttle will depart from the home office at 2:00 p.m. Please be ready to load by 1:45 p.m. so we can leave on time. We expect to arrive at the hotel around 4:00 p.m., just in time for hotel check-in.

Reminder: If you choose to drive instead of riding the shuttle, mileage and parking fees will not be reimbursed.

Kick off the summit by connecting in person. Wander between appetizer stations, grab a drink, and catch up with familiar faces while finally meeting teammates you’ve only ever seen on a video grid. With light music in the background and a few casual tabletop games scattered around as easy icebreakers, it’s a zero-pressure way to settle in, shake off the travel, and get the week started together.
A chef’s-choice protein option will be available for vegan and vegetarian guests.
BeveragesEach guest will receive three drink tickets for beer, wine, and soda. A cash bar will also be available for signature spirits, wine by the glass, sparkling wine, and domestic and specialty/import beers.
LocationThe reception will take place in the Zodiac Room on the 11th floor of the hotel. Take the main elevators from the hotel lobby to reach the room.
Enjoy floor-to-ceiling windows, skyline views at dusk, and an outdoor patio with a distant view of the Gateway Arch.
